St. John's Grizzlies are a men's minor hockey franchise from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. They are members of the Junior Hockey Organization and represent the Mississauga Dynamite and the Timmins Titans. They are members of the Eastern Division and play their home games at Mile One Centre. The team was founded prior to the 1988-89 JHO season.
